Extra stuff
+ simple background = free
+ border/BG around pfp = free- PNGtuber includes a talk and blink sprite for free
+ separating the sprite into layers to be "animated" in engine = + €10,- per sprite
+ Additional emotions/states/outfit for pngtuber = + €30,- per sprite
(angry and angry_outfit2, would count as seperate sprites)

Terms of service

The TOS are subject to change without notice.

-Payment/costs-- Payment is required upfront for any commission.
>For now, I only accept Paypal.<- The final price is calculated as follows: base commission price x 1,035 + €0,35
(this is due to paypal's 3,5% and €0,35 service costs)

-Refunds-- If I haven't started, then a refund consisting of the base commission price is in order.- If I HAVE started however, the refund will be calculated by how much work I have done at that point. The work remaining percentage wise, will be refunded from the base commission price.- In both scenarios however I will (also) be keeping the added 3,5% and €0,35 due to the service costs.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Time-I will finish the piece within 30 days, if any holdups happen on my end I will notify you within 72 hours.Once done, I will send you the final "product"-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-What I make-I won't draw:
- NSFW
- NfT's
- Hatefull stuff (rasict, homophopic, transphobic etc)
- Extreme goreanything else is fine, unless I really don't feel comfortable with it.

I, as the artist:- Will send a rough sketch for approval, YOU may then approve the sketch or give small notes, after which they are implemented I will get to work on the final piece.(From the moment I sent you the sketch, the commission will be held on hold, pausing the 30 days until you respond.)- Have the rights to refuse accepting a commission for any reason.- Have the rights to refuse continue working on commissioned art for any valid reason. A refund will then be granted.- Will not post commissioned art if requested of me. If YOU do not bring this up then I am allowed to post the commission. (you may also request from me to post it at a later date, if the commission is a gift for example.)- Have the rights to use commissioned artwork as an example.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You, as the client:- Cannot use any of my commissioned art for any AI purpose- Cannot sell my art in any way shape or form, be it digital or as physical merch- May request small changes for 48 hours after I have sent you the final "product". this 48 hour does not have a grace period. after which the "transaction"/commission is complete.
